Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR functions including HR information systems administration, headcount reporting, manpower planning and costing, employee benefits and insurance administration
  • Support HRIS administration configuration changes and user testing
  • Performance Management administration and system support
  • Prepare statutory and ad hoc reports relating to headcount, manpower costs and staffing
  • Administration of employment contracts for overseas entities and international assignees
  • Responsible for roll out and administration of HR E-filing system
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives and staff welfare programmes
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 5 years of HR experience
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP HR module
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player
  • Experience in regional HR work will be an added advantage
