Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR functions including HR information systems administration, headcount reporting, manpower planning and costing, employee benefits and insurance administration
Support HRIS administration configuration changes and user testing
Performance Management administration and system support
Prepare statutory and ad hoc reports relating to headcount, manpower costs and staffing
Administration of employment contracts for overseas entities and international assignees
Responsible for roll out and administration of HR E-filing system
Support implementation of HR initiatives and staff welfare programmes
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 5 years of HR experience
Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
Excellent working knowledge of SAP HR module
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player
Experience in regional HR work will be an added advantage
