Job description

Directly Reporting to the Operations Director.

Administer Recruitment of Restaurant and Commissary Personnel. Including the Foreign Workers Employment.

Knowledgeable of Ministry of Manpower Policies.

Administer the Personnel Records.

Payroll Administration including monthly remittance of CPF and CDAC. Including Payslips and employee deductions.

Administering new and improving  HR Policies.

Administering Employee Relations Policies. 



Job Requirements

Had full work experience in Human Relations Scope.

Knowledgeable of Ministry of Manpower Laws.

Independent. Self driven.
