Responsible to conduct the monitoring and recording of facilities system operating parameters on daily basis, verify all the data recorded against the specified control limits and report to Technical Service Engineer & record in the checklist if there is any deviation from the readings / potential issues observed.
Responsible to complete the maintenance activities assigned (PM / CM / EM, etc.) and necessary documentation & updates (shift report, PM WO, FMS update, equipment activity record, etc.) for the facilities system.
During Emergency situation actively work and troubleshoot to put back the system in to normal operation.
Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor to ensure that all the necessary maintenance works shall be accomplished satisfactory while following the company requirements (EHS, SOW, housekeeping, etc).
Responsible for upkeep of equipment and shop floor cleanliness, first layer process audit.
Support in chemical store management / centrifuge maintenance program where necessary.
Work order support.
Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 3 years in similar capacity and working experience in related field.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Able to perform 12-hours shift work (Monthly rotation).
