HR Job Description

  1. Assist in daily HR & Admin Matters and handle full spectrum of HR
  2. Recruitment and selection of new employee (local & oversea)
  3. Staff & worker monthly payroll computation
  4. Work pass administration- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of all work pass
  5. Application Government Grant – Mechanization Grant, skills Connect Child  Care Grant, Paternity leave grant, Foreign workers levy waiver and etc
  6. Manpower cost report
  7. Staff leave update
  8. Training matters
  9. Dormitory administration
  10. Quarterly MOM Labor Market Survey
  11. WICA claim
  12. HR documentation – preparing of Any HR related letters
  13. Maintaining Company directory and organizational charts
  14. Recommending new HR policies, Approaches, and procedures
  15. Organized of company event
  16. Attend and participate in project, take down minutes in management meetings, MOM appointment and seminar
  17. Assist for ordering stationery
  18. Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or business related courses.

2. At least 2 or 3 years working experience in HR related field in a generalist role with hands on experience in payroll.

3. Well versed with employment laws.

4. Preferably with experience in construction industry.

5. Proficient in Microsoft office.

6. Able to communicate and interact with all level of staff.

7. Positive work attitude and display initiative and problem solving.

8. Team player.

9. Available for work within short notice / start work immediately
