Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

·         Close collaboration with local functional teams and vendor partners to support end-to-end execution of project initiatives

·         Gather business requirements and interface with both internal and external technical, operations, support teams for existing product enhancements and new project initiatives

·         Track product issues, maintains bug list and prepares performance reports using various analytics tools to understand customer experience for both quick resolution and long term enhancement plans

·         Partner project management to communicate project status, resolve issues, conduct post-implementation review and regular planning meetings to ensure high quality product is delivered and well maintained

 

 
 

 

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of industry experience in Over-The-Top Video Entertainment products.

·         Proven ability to drive multiple projects across different internal teams and external partners simultaneously and deliver to deadline and budget constraints

·         Proven ability to understand business/market driven needs by translating them into product features and technical requirements

·         Quick study, who can collaborate and contribute a point of view that is based on experience, data and common sense

·         Ability to develop new product roadmaps and options as well as understanding of the business processes as needed by projects

·         Excellent communication skills and teamwork
