Job Description

Reception duties & general admin support
In coming and out going mail/courier service
Travel Bookings (on-line Flight/Hotel reservations/Kris Flyer
Visa Applications
Manage calendar for company events and appointments
Responsible for stationery & pantry supplies
General upkeep of the office & maintenance of office equipment
Handling all enquiries
Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
Excellent command of both spoken & written English
​Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, especially with travel/hotel bookings 
Candidate must posses at least N or O Level and above or equivalent
Computer Literate
Abilty to work in a fast paced environment, proactive, able to multi task and a good team player
Sociable with good interpersonal & communication skills
