Our Chef should:
- Have an understanding of Thai cuisine and Pan-Asian style cooking
- Be able to develop new and exciting dishes that cater to all types of clientele in Singapore
- Evolve cuisine with ever-changing trends
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with culinary team and work with front of house to promote new and interesting ideas
- Have a minimum 2-4 years in a Culinary management position and have been a key ingredient to success of an operation
- Be a highly motivated leader who leads by example
- Be passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest's expectations
- Possess Certification In Food & Hygiene
