Job Description

  • Expose to frontline customer service and on-the-job outlet operations training
  • Undergo a structured training program in Taiwan and Singapore training program covers, product & equipment operations, store operation and Customer service.
  • Enforcement of hygiene regulations and ensure safety and cleanliness in the stall.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer services for the stall to achieve sales targets and improve profit margin.
  • To attend to customers’ request such as taking order, preparation of food and beverages promptly.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in the F&B experience.
  • Keen in the F&B industry
  • Highly motivated to excel and a good team player
  • Willing and able to work shifts from 930am to 1130pm , on weekends and public holidays
  • Enjoy meeting people
  • 5 days work week
  • Salary range from $2k to $2.6
  • AL, Medical and 13Mths bonus.
