Candidate is to assist the Corporate Communications and Branding Team with new media activities for internal communications as well as external communications
a) Updating websites’ content.
b) Editing of websites’ design when required.
c) Developing graphical and HTML elements for uploading on the online sphere.
d) Coordination of content provided by stakeholders for online updates.
e) Maintenance and coordination of content on the intranet and social network platforms.
f) Development of broadcast messages, e-greetings and EDMs to internal staff.
h) Digital and design support to committees under the Internal Communications purview
ii. Development and design of digital media publicity materials for departmental level events and projects.
iii. Execution of the publicity materials within the online sphere, both internally and externally.
iv. Assist the Digital Media Unit (DMU) in the following activities:
a) Editing of videos and photos.
b) Assist to manage, control and maintain all digital video and audio equipment in DMU, when required.
c) Archival and maintenance of Digital Repository
• To ensure websites (internet/intranet) and related stakeholders websites are updated regularly when required within client’s specified timeframe. This includes working with internal content providers in the maintenance of the information.
• To support any new digital initiatives on the social media platforms, when required.
• To provide assistance to Digital Media Unit when required within client’s specified timeframe.
• To support internal communications efforts using available platforms and sharing sessions with internal stakeholders.
