Job Description

You will provide administrative support to HR department including capturing, updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system.  You will also assist in the administration of workman compensation, leave & staff benefits and payroll.  In addition, you will support in other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Able to work within assigned timelines
  • Team player with good communication and positive working attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Leave & Benefits administration and payroll experience will be an added advantage
