Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

- Handle the implementation and administration of the salary and benefits programmes

- Review and implement human resources policies and procedures for the MediaCorp group of companies and ensure compliance with employment legislation and the Collective Agreement

- Conduct job evaluation, compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis against industry trends

- Conduct the annual salary review and performance bonus budget and drive the annual performance and salary review cycle activities 

- Maintain the job structure

- Provide analysis to support recommendations on salary structures and benefits for Singapore and overseas offices

- Coordinate the annual manpower and HR operating budget exercise together with Finance and HR partners 

- Be involved in various HR projects to review and recommend enhancement in HR and R&B programmes in line with the company goals and objectives 

- Serve as a subject matter expert to provide advice on various R&B functions

 
 

 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline

- 5-6 years of work experience, of which at least 2-3 years should be in R&B

- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities, proactivity, attention to detail, deadline-orientated and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Advanced Excel skills including expertise in database management, lookup tables, functions, macros etc.

- Good working knowledge of SAP
