Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor serves and delivers food and beverage orders, retrieves and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. He/She is responsible to ensure guest satisfaction, establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest. He/She is to also handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will also oversee various sections of Food & Beverage outlet.

Job Requirements

  • Maintains complete knowledge of restaurant, room capacity and proper table set-up
  • Adhere to Forbes/Leading Hotels of the World standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures
  • Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to guests in accordance with departmental standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit card policies/procedures
  • Basic food hygiene certificate
  • At least 2 years of related experience in the hotel industry
