Job Description

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT / RESTAURANT MANAGER (餐厅经理) $2,800 & above
MANAGER IN TRAINING (实习经理) $2,200 & above
SHIFT LEADER (领班) $1,900 & above

- Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of outlet
- Ensure equipment in outlet are properly handled and maintained
- Maintain cleanliness in outlet according to hygiene standards
- Liaise with external contractors for maintenance of outlet 
- Manage staff including performance management, recruitment and discipline
- Work closely with Finance and HR for administrative purposes 
 

Job Requirements

​- 4 (Outlet Manager) / 3 (Assistant Outlet Manager) years of F&B experience in fast
casual dining concepts
- Good management and communication skills
- Good team player with positive working attitude
- Results-oriented and able to work well under pressure

Work Schedule: 6 Days / 10hours
Salary Range: Depends on position and experience
