Job Description



• Manage and update all training records, including status of training progression
• Manage and update monthly training reports
• Liaison with WDA / External Training Provider for application of training grant / claim
• Coordinate in-house / external training
• Administer and conduct new employees  Orientation / Induction program
• Assist in conducting WSQ training sessions
• Prepare and Organize monthly training calendar
• Handle ISO / CIR Audit on training
• Maintain training facilities and equipment
• Liaise with Trainers on training materials, schedule and all administrative matters
• Preparation of training materials, evaluation forms, attendance list and compilation of training materials
• Any other ad-hoc work assigned by the supervisor
• Any adhoc duties  by the Training department

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as be a good team player
• Proficient in English and Mandarin due to business requirements-  to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
