Job Description

  • Manage Prince’s Landscape & Construction Website.
  • Handle online product launches. Develop cross-selling, up-selling, auto-shipment e-commerce tactics.
  • Support PLCPL Manager in the product pricing strategies including product profitability analysis, sales and margin targets. Suggest and implement price promotions and sales incentives.
  • Develop product related market research. Establish a pricing framework to identify customer behavior, customer buying criteria and assess product brand competitive positioning. Provide segmentation and marketing analysis to support new product development.
  • Provide monthly management reports. Communicate assessments and recommend corrective actions.
  • Find solutions to constantly improve e-commerce platform interface, accessibility and usability.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and tactics for Prince’s Landscape E-Commerce channels which include strategic planning, digital marketing, category management, merchandising, creative development, site operations and optimization.
  • Manage and execute Prince’s Landscape annual marketing plan and budget to drive traffic while achieving key performance metric goals for Prince’s Landscape E-Commerce.
  • Responsible for driving the Prince’s Landscape master marketing calendar that drives email, social, content, price promotions and events.
  • Partner with IT, Marketing communication, Project Managers and sales team to drive strategic new initiatives (eg. Digital Marketing, IT Product, Brand etc.)
  • Partner with Marketing communication department to deliver creative assets such as online marketing banners, social media assets, paid search ads, emails, landing pages and on-site promotional placements.
  • Execute seasonal marketing strategies to support and meet financial targets, help to support and identify specific category opportunities to maximize growth areas (eg. Christmas and Chinese New Year trees).
  • Use site analytics and financial reporting analysis tools (eg. Google Analytics, Woocommerce) to develop data driven strategies for all categories and construct promotional plans to increase conversion.
  • Compile a weekly metrics report of all digital channels platforms to monitor engagement, growth and trends and share with teams across categories.
  • Participate in identifying website enhancements based on current trends/competitors.
  • Manage integrated E-Commerce technologies including site personalization and targeting, A/B testing, product content and setup, product ratings and reviews, on-site search and navigation.
  • Plan, manage and execute all SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Setup and optimize user acquisition campaigns considering all digital channels and available budget. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPI goals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution. Major in E-Commerce, Marketing or Statistics.
  • Passion for plants is a major plus.
  • Broad understanding of modern marketing ( email, retail marketing, event marketing, loyalty marketing)
  • Proven execution of online performance marketing, PR, content marketing, social, SEO, SEM) and the ability to bring all of that together under once cohesive program or campaign.
  • Experience working with commerce marketplaces such as eBay, Alibaba, T-mall, Taobao, Amazon, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding MS Office Skills especially MS Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-Commerce, Business Analysis or Financial Controlling is required.
  • Strong business sense and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills
