Job Description

We are looking for a System Support Engineer as part of a talented team of engineers, reporting to the Team Lead, to effectively carry out network related professional services and troubleshooting in our expanding Customers’ IT environment.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 2-3 years of experience in system deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuration of Server and Storage Hardware
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory migration / troubleshooting
  • Experience in basic Virtualization deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience in Backup and Restoration of Server data
  • Experience in Email migration to Office 365 and email client configuration
  • Experience in managing Anti-Virus Enterprise Solution
  • Experience in planning and coordinating small-scale IT Relocation projects.
  • Experience in network monitoring, network diagnostic and analysis.
  • Experience in network switch and router configuration.
  • Experience in wireless deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in firewall and VPN implementation and maintenance.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols.
  • To provide assistance to Project Engineers in implementation projects
  • Provide 2nd Level Support and troubleshooting.
  • CCNA or higher would be preferred
