We are recruiting for Guest Service Executive

We are recruiting for a Guest Service Executive with an outgoing personality for our Front Office Department:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Meets and greets all guests on arrival.
  • Assist with check in and check out.
  • Attend to all guests’ enquiries, feedback and complaints.
  • Ensure guests satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
  • Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above.
  • To be service orientated and a good team player.
  • Good knowledge in verbal and written English.
  • Able to speak another foreign language is an advantage.
  • IT proficiency in MS Office applications and Hotel systems is an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task & work in 3 rotating shift (including weekends and public holiday).
  • Entry level are welcomed to apply
