Prepare client invoices, Statement Of Accounts, daily communication & follow up with clients, bank recon, petty cash, payroll, inventory & stock update, liase with Dubai, UK and Canada Office, P&L, Account receivables & payables
Preparing documentation for client shipments as well as liaising with customs for paperwork on exports & imports,
Informing clients once shipments has been dispatched with an updated Statement Of Account. Follow up on payments. Update stocks. Filing.
Learn the basics in the first year and be able to handle the job with less supervision thereafter. We expect the candidate to grow with the company- at present the company is quite young with a vast array of opportunities and we like to see the same staff remain with us.
