Assists / manage and oversee operations teams by working closely with the team on day to day operations on the daily basis to ensure everything are within the KPI performance and comply with Customer's Standard Operating Procedures.
Assists / manage the trade and regulation compliance are in place, implemented and comply by team members.
Assists / attend internal and external meetings to resolve issues arises and provide value-added solution.
Assists / provide comprehensive internal training for team members on any new implementation that is in-line with the SOP improvement and enhancement covering SAP.
Assists / lead the IT enhancement and optimization by proposing new value-added solution, work closely and follow-up on IT development with respective department.
Assists / manage and investigate customer feedback and provide value-added solutions, share as a case study with the teams to prevent any similar mistakes happen in the future.
Assists / analyse quarterly internal statistics measurement (such as productivity, overtime and past volumes data).
Assists / prepare and analyst KPIs, formulate strategies for further improvements or expansion.
Assists / interface will the relevant parties ie: Carriers, warehouses, plants, internal and external customers etc. on performances / allocations / improvement process (scopes covering Booking, BL and Docs).
Assists / prepare monthly/quarterly reports requested by customer.
Assists / responsible for the presentation and metrics on the monthly meeting and stewardship.
Assists / perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Manager.
Excellence in managing and leadership skills
Familiar with Outlook, has the ability to learn different system usage, excellence in communication & customer service skills.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same industry.
