Job Description

  • Provide a “best in class” service to all clients
  • Maintain and inspect all conference rooms and pantries in good and clean condition at all times
  • Ensure all amenities in the conference rooms are well stocked and organized at all times
  • Ensure equipment, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised as work orders to relevant departments
  • Guide clients and visitors to the meeting rooms
  • Making drinks for internal and external customer
  • Take down beverage orders for meetings and sessions
  • Executes catering order set ups, arrange beverage for functions and events as instructed
  • Executes conference room set ups
  • Serve food and beverage for internal and external customer as requested
  • Ensure equipment in pantries and/or kitchen are all in good condition
  • Prepare coffee, tea, hot water etc. for all pantry opening and ensure refills are well managed during office hours
  • Refill stocks such as milk, sugar, paper cups etc. at all times
  • Inspect the refrigerator, maintain clear condition and ensure all out-date items are removed
  • Ensure pantries are well stocked
  • Washing up and clean pantries before closing procedures or whenever necessary
  • Clean microwave and other pantry appliances whenever necessary
  • Handle internal poster, memo or any communication materials to pantry equipments as instructed
  • Report to supervisor or manager for any user or client feedback
  • Assist Hospitality Manager to liaise with outside vendors to carry out equipment maintenance, catering orders and pantry orders

Job Requirements

  • Able to work as a team and willing to have own initiative 
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude 
  • Preferably some working experience in similar role in a multi-national company (MNC)/Hospitality or service industry
