Summary:
This role requires you to be involved in HR Partnering & Admin:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of HR functions:
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Medical & Leave Benefits Administration
  • Insurance Claims & Policy Renewal
  • Training Administration

Others include:

  • Order, track and housekeep stationery and sundry inventories
  • Perform reception duty in the absence of receptionist
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors
  • General filing

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport
  • Independent, meticulous and organized team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Fresh diploma graduates are welcomed. Those without qualifications but possess relevant experiences may apply.
