Have a comprehensive knowledge of the town and events/happenings within the city at all times, and to ensure enquiries are met with concise and accurate information.
To provide concise and accurate information concerning range of services and facilities provided by the hotel to guests and visitors.
To ensure all information relating to reservation is keyed correctly into the system.
To attend to all guests' queries and requests in a helpful and professional manner.
Relevant experience in hospitality industry or travel industry will be an added advantage.
Good written and communication skills
Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
