Job Description

  • Assist in attending to breakdown and servicing phone calls and enquires
  • Corresponding to email requests and feedbacks from customers
  • Coordinating working arrangements with technical support team
  • Simple maintenance, updating and filing of records and service reports
  • Documenting of problems & solutions for improved customer handling and resolution
  • Responsible for customer feedback so as to identify and drive improvements that will help internal departments with service quality and delivery
  • Submission of monthly reports according to given task and responsibilities which will varies from time to time to facilitate learning and development
  • Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good MS office skills
  • Demonstrates leadership, teamwork and self-motivated.
