Job Description

  • Write up new orders.
  • Responsible to set up file, order entry into management systems – Oracle and process RMA’s for CRS’s.
  • Close follow-up with customers' requirements.
  • Facilitate customers to plant discussions with regards to problem solving.
  • Request for quote entry to quote tool.
  • Follow-up on post shipment information and payment resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service in manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of Oracle system(11i) is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
