JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedback
  • Provide proactive customer service and timely solution
  • Helping nurture, passion for the customers and able to meet their objectives
  • Continue to refine customer satisfaction skills to better service the customers
 
Requirements:
  • G.C.E 'O' / 'A’ Level / Diploma 
  • 1 year's customer service experience or call centre experience 
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and listening skills)
  • Possess positive attitude
  • Customer oriented
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered
