We are looking for program specialists who are energetic, passionate, experienced, and have a “can do” attitude to lead and manage corporate level programs. Recent experience in dealing with Singapore Government departments such as IDA, EDB, SPRINT, MAS; industry groups such as ASME, SITF, SCS; Fintech players such as banks, credit card companies, e-commerce and payment companies, is an imperative requirement for this role. Preference for MBA graduates with minimum 5 years working experience in related role or field.
The incumbent will be responsible for planning, communication, risk management, and project management for one or more programs within the client’s organization. The programs are related to work and manpower strategy and planning; organization structuring and planning; CSR and industry outreach. The right candidate should have vast experience and a good understanding of organizational dynamics; and should be able to navigate the organization and act as champions, change agents, and thought leaders at all levels.
Create relationships with business & technology stakeholders.
Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery.
Manage scope and milestones to ensure completion of program goals.
Identify and track interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.
Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the program meets or exceeds performance targets; document accurate status of program.
Create executive level presentations and keynote messages.

Successful track record in defining strategies and execution plans.
Successful track record of managing programs that met business objectives and completion timelines.
Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies.
Excellent understanding of project management process, tools, templates, and general management techniques.
Understanding of payment product domains will be an advantage.
Strong leadership skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a “Can do” attitude.
Energetic and adaptable - able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
Team player with strong team management skills, able to instill passion, loyalty and commitment among team members at all levels of the organization.
Ability to develop high quality strategies and execution plans.
Strong problem solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently but flexible and responsive to dynamic situations.
Strong written and communication skills, with proven track record of presenting concepts and plans to senior management.

Have a good sense of creativity and able to think out of the box.
Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Qualification in Information Technology or Management will be preferred.
PMP certified will be preferred
