Responsibilities:

For the first two years of your career, your main duties are to:
  • Handle inbound clients and prospects enquiries on a daily basis
  • Follow up with clients on their account, product and platform related enquiries
  • Introduce our promotional products or services to clients/prospects
  • Be involved in projects to enhance our existing business processes
 
During your second phase of the career roadmap, you will be given opportunity to specialise in project management, business development or be an Investment Consultant. You will be groomed to take on leadership positions if you have the potential to manage a team in the near future.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in any disciplines
  • Bilingual - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Independent and able to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Able to multi-task effectively and manage several projects concurrently
