Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check daily mis-en-place preparation, cooking and presentation of all food.
  • Ensure that the meals are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
  • Ensure that food is served at the right temperature.
  • Ensure that all meals produced are of acceptable standards.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is always safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents.
  • Ensure all machines, furniture, equipment and utensils are clean at all times.
  • Ensure that section staff adheres to safety rules and regulation practices.
  • Responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with experience in Italian cuisine, training will be provided for non experience.
  • Minimum primary school education with at least 1 year of experience in F&B.
  • NTC 2 or 3 (Food Service) or equivalent will be advantageous.

  • Training will be provided for non-experienced candidates.

  • Working hours: 12pm – 3pm & 6pm – 11pm (8hrs with split shift)
