Responsibilities:
 
• Ability to work closely with standard recipes and maintain standard of quality of bakery items
• Able to produce cake / bread or relevant product on schedule
• To ensure a neat, clean, sanitized and organized work area and met HACCP/AVA requirement at all times
• To maintain a positive attitude toward changes and high level of professionalism at work
