Job Description

Supporting Sales Executives

  1. Update sales figures when Sales Executives are on leave.
  2. Run reports assigned by Sales Executives.
  3. Preparing of Memo for Goods-in-Kind/TEC 5% Rebate/Brunei Monthly Target.
  4. Recording of cheque details upon receipt.
  5. To record and sort the orders.
  6. Submission of orders to Sales Admin.

 
Supporting BM / S&P / A&P

  1. Preparing and sending of Workers’ list for application of security passes.
  2. Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP.
  3. Creation of MM Number for Premiums.

 
Supporting Sales Consultants

  1. To check on stock availability.
  2. To do rebill to counters for customer requests.
  3. To run reports and inform sales consultants to do returns and follow up.
  4. Inform Sales Consultants of any new mechanics by fax.
  5. Sort out delivery notes and send to counters.
  6. Inform Sales Consultants of new signage and send to counters if needed.
  7. Oddment Exercise Return.
  8. To run stock sheets for counters.
  9. To follow up with Brand Mgt on the barcode price that differs in POS.
  10. To prepare paper work and check stocks for Brunei, TEC & consignment counters (eg. Rebills, Transfers, Returns, compensation, etc.)

 
Others

  1. Assist to order stationeries for the department
  2. Assist to maintain the franking machine (eg. Top-up credit amount, monthly submission of credit amount used).
  3. To distribute faxes/mails/parcels.
  4. Assist in any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

  1. GCE 'O'/'N' Levels or ITE.
  2. 1 to 2 years relevant admin/clerical experience.
  3. Well versed with MS Office applications (Excel/Words/PPT).
  4. Candidates with immediate availability will be an advantage.
  5. Contract position is available.
