Job description

 

  1. Manage and oversee the daily activities of the assigned store.
  2. Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective, service excellence and operational compliance.
  3. Supervise the daily work performance of the employees and work closely with the Area Manager in achieving adequate staffing.
  4. Coach, appraise, and plan career/training development of staff.
  5. Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and feedback.
  6. Manpower planning, recruit Sales Assistants and achieving adequate staffing level.
  7. Roster scheduling and assigning shift duties.
  8. Organise and co-ordinate the store operations, merchandising and promotional activities within the established guidelines.
  9. Observe vigilance in the control of cash and inventory variations to the minimum and within the set limits.
  10. Maintain a high standard of store image/cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment.
  11. Ensure the daily banking-in of trading receipts and prompt submission to HQ of the relevant paperwork.
  12. Ensure accurate receiving and ordering before confirmation.
