Job Description

  • To handle reception duties by attend and greet incoming visitors, suppliers, customers, job applicants and guests.
  • To direct the incoming visitor to appropriate contact or inform arrival of visitor.
  • To greet and answer incoming telephone calls or general enquiries professionally and direct phone call to appropriate personnel.
  • Arrange, coordinate and record the usage of meeting rooms, staff lounge and other facilities.
  • Ensure tidy, clean and pleasant appearance of the reception lobby.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail, accept and sign for packages and distribute to the recipient person.
  • Using in-house Non Trade Inventory System to process, coordinate and issues non-trade items such as stationery for retail outlet or staff requisition.
  • To check periodically and place order for stationery, pantry stuff, cleaning tools and first aid box items.
  • To assist and coordinate reading corner book and other material borrowing process and records.
  • Compile data, record and upkeep database related to admin expenses and recreational activities.
  • Photocopying, compiling and filing support to Administrative Department.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Min O Level
  • At least 1 year of working experience required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant voice and presentable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 

No. of days: 5.5days (Alt Sat), Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat  9am to 1pm
Location: 6 Changi South Street 2 Xilin Districentre Building D
