Job Description

 

Responsibilities    

  • Responsible for the operation and daily running of the Housekeeping Department
  • Develop and implement operating policies, procedures and service standards
  • Develop and manage annual budget in line with the company’s overall business plan and strategies
  • Conduct training needs analysis; develop and conduct programs as to build capabilities and competencies

Requirements     

  • Minimum Diploma in hospitality or relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the hotel industry or cleaning industry with a proven track record in maintaining superior standards of hotel cleanliness in previous position or hotel
  • Possesses leadership skills and ability to make sound independent decisions
  • Knowledge in key managerial functions like budget planning, staff recruitment, training and performance appraisal
