Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager to manage the reception operations in the hotel during a shift
Coach and motivate team members to ensure high level of guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and service recovery
Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star hotel
Possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Able to perform well independently and as a team
