Job Description

  • Manage the operations of reservations, ticketing and operator services
  • Manage outsource contract and outsource seat requirement needs to be in line with the organization’s objectives
  • Plan and implement operating strategies to achieve service, operation and business excellence
  • Conduct training needs analysis; develop and conduct programs as to build capabilities and competencies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant fields     
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a management role within the Telecommunications or Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following systems will be an advantage: Property Management/ Ticketing/ Call Centre/ Table Management/ Point of Sales Systems
  • Knowledge in key managerial functions like budget planning, staff recruitment, training and performance appraisal
