  • Building valued relationships with the business and stakeholders

  • Leading and driving change through complex components of the overall IT applications

  • Monitoring service and application performance, quality, cost and service reporting, ensuring key measures and performance indicators are reported

  • Identify customer satisfaction gaps through regular communication and make recommendation for improvements through superior implementation, delivery and management of technology products and solutions

  • Propose new IT initiatives to business to achieve higher business value

  • Effectively manage the service to ensure better change is delivered and continues enhancing teams’ capabilities for global delivery

  • Maintenance of a healthy profit and loss for the department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related fields

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in team management or project management

  • Experience in full end to end project implementation

  • Sales & Marketing with Business development experience will be an added advantage

  • SAP certifications at least in 2 module is preferred

  • PMP or ITIL certified is preferred

  • Able to engage with relevant department on various issue

  • Knowledge in manufacturing and sales functionalities

  • Experienced with project planning and management
