Ensure any system interface, upgrade/downgrade and enhancement developments operate smoothly;
Attend to any reported problem and coordinate the problem solving process;
Develop reports and extract data to meet business needs;
Review and recommend enhancements to processes and applications;
Provide technical advice, expertise and training to users.
