Job Description

You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. As a Customer Service Agent, you may be assigned different roles such as checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process. You could also be called upon to provide professional and courteous handling of passengers who require special assistance at Changi Airport. This include assisting passengers people with reduced mobility, handicapped passengers, mother with infant, etc.
 
Requirements:
  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Training and on-job training would be provided
  • Flexible working hours of at least 4hrs on duty per block per week
  • Mature workers are welcome to apply
Interested applicants should be able to commit to about 11 consecutive weekdays of training.
