Job Description

Responsibilities
 
  • Formulate and review the SATS Group’s learning and development strategic plan
    • Design, develop and implement training / development curriculum according to required frameworks
  • Partner business units in identifying training needs
  • Liaisie with external training vendors and internal trainers to design and customise core competencies training programmes
  • Lead a team to coordinate and manage administrative functions (including training grants applications), ensuring smooth delivery and documentation of all training programmes
  • Evaluate and review training programmes effectiveness through relevant data analytics tools
 
 
 

Job Requirements

Requirements
 
  • Degree in Human Resource Development / Management or equivalent with knowledge of WSQ framework
  • 5-6 years of experience in the corporate training function with at least 2 years in management & competency development
  • Strong, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Resourceful, independent, able to multi-task and strive for continuous improvement
  • Passion for people development and a good team player
  • ACTA certification will be an added advantage
