Job Description

  • Overseeing the upkeep of office equipment and machines, pantry supplies, stationery, etc.
  • Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance of office and other premises.
  • Making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for staff business trips.
  • Providing general administration and office support.
  • Expense claims for Directors and Partners
  • Renewal of licenses
  • Reception duties
  • Attending to guest
  • Any other adhoc assigned

Job Requirements


  • Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business will be a plus)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and cheerful disposition
  • Highly organized, independent with good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
