Job Description

  • Work closely with headquarters and subsidiaries in the region to drive sales revenues for the business
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Provide leadership and vision to all functions within the organization including Tea Salon & Boutiques, Corporate Business, PR & Marketing, Warehouse and Central Kitchen.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
  • Support efforts in recruitment, training development, accountability and succession of high performing employees
  • Manage and resolve operations issues  in a timely manner as to ensure smooth operations of the Tea Salon & Boutiques
  • Oversee guests support and management of the Tea Salon & Boutiques

Job Requirements

  • Very strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and written Chinese (both traditional and simplified) as well as spoken Mandarin
  • Minimum degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Willing to be re-located in China
  • Experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the luxury hotels / goods industry
  • International Sales or Business Development Experience is added advantage
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
  • Strong leadership, organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
