Responsibilities: Manage full set of accountsPrepare and review quarterly GST and monthly CPF submissionResponsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports for management reviewHandle statutory audit including preparation of audit schedulesLiaise with tax agents on corporate tax mattersFull spectrum of HR dutiesHandle recruitment, on & off boarding processExperience in conducting orientations and facilitating corporate culture, values programs and activitiesHandle work permit applications, renewals & cancellationsMaintain and administer HR, Leave and Attendance systemGeneral administrative work & purchasing of logistics itemImprove efficiency of work operation & proceduresOther ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

Requirement: Min LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy, Admin or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPointPositive and responsible individual.Meticulous with attention to detailsSelf-initiative and able to work independently to meet deadlinesBilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from China.Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
