Job Description


Handle incoming calls
Attend to sales enquiries, generate quotations and provide after sales support
Prepare quotations and issue invoice
Ensure proper filing system for all Sales transactions
Service, develop and maintain existing customer accounts
Provide sales and administrative support to the team
Assisting the Operation Manager in individual Projects
Able and willing to work extended hours when required

Manage and maintain tender catalogues
Perform due diligence checks on documentations to ensure requests are valid and comply with tender requirements
Assist in formulation and enhancement of catalogue management procedures
Manage and keep track contracts utilization and period contracts
Knowledge in Autocount, SESAMi and GeBiz will be an advantage

Other ad-hoc admin duties

Job Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of commitment and responsibility
Good team player with a sense of urgency
Knowledge in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
Relevant work experience in construction/security Company, Auto Count Software knowledge will be add-on advantage
Fresh graduates who is fluent in writing and speaking
Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent
