Job Description


The Global Client Relationship Management Administrator will be responsible for supporting the global and sub-segment leadership in support of client relationship management and competitive platform data storage, handling and administration activities.
Your responsibilities will be as following:
Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform support:
  • Administration, support and maintenance of the CRM platform across all four sub-segments (Onshore Energy, Offshore & Marine, Mining and Engineering & Construction Projects)
  • Understand the roles of the main stakeholders across each sub-segment including ENR Sales Council, sub-segment business development, marketing and operational leadership stakeholders and proactively interact and collaborate with them to ensure CRM platform relevance and timeliness
  • Gather, document and analyse new feature requests or changes requested by business users or as a result of strategic initiatives impacting business process
  • Provide end-user support across all four Energy & Resources sub-segments, performing system administration in terms of, but not limited to:
    • User Administration and Access/Visibility Control
    • Data Import/Exports (Batch updates)
    • Report Generation and Development
    • Provide application support to end users by troubleshooting issues and providing resolution
    • Provide training for new users/refresher training and major release training to CRM end users as needed
    • Develop/update training materials as necessary
    • Ongoing review of data to ensure integrity of the data entered and identify data integrity issues, implementing necessary steps to prevent issue from re-occurring.
    • Create and/or maintain documentation for processes/policies and procedures for the system.
    • Coordinate/Conduct testing of any new software updates/releases with business key users, ensuring the overall quality and continual improvement of the CRM platform information
Business Development (BD) Cloud Database administration support:
  • Maintain and update integrity of the Cloud based business development database
  • Understand the roles of the main ENR Sales Council and marketing stakeholders and proactively interact and collaborate with them to ensure database relevance and timeliness
  • Prepare and coordinate end user training, communications and distribute core change notifications
  • Ensure the overall quality and continual improvement of the Business Development Cloud Database
  • Maintain and enforce database policies and procedures
Linked-In Navigator administration support:
  • Maintain and update integrity of Sodexo Linked-In Navigator tool
  • Understand the roles of the main ENR Sales Council, marketing and HR stakeholders and proactively interact and collaborating with them to answer specific request and generate reports, ensuring information relevance
Strategic planning support activities:
  • Assist in administrative support of strategic planning and business development strategy activities
  • High School and Three (3)+ years’ relevant database management support experience
  • Functional BA or equivalent background would be a plus
  • Prior experience with Oracle platform would be a plus
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent knowledge in use of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint, with ability to import and handle data from different systems
  • Prior experience in adult training environment
  • Detailed oriented and rigorous
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Energetic, self-driven and result-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships and work with all levels within the organization
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • At ease with web-based tools
  • Fluent in English is a must, another language would be a plus in order to liaise with various speaking associates
