Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for implementing an organization's business development strategy, identifying new international business opportunities and closing business deals
  • Set and negotiate a set of financial targets to drive the organization to meet its projected revenue generation
  • Penetrate and maintain key relationships on targeted market and client segments
  • Provide business and market surveillance and intelligence to senior management.


  • Work with Mencast group of companies to pursue business opportunities, business leads and prospective clients, building in-depth international client relationships through due diligence
  • Devise, develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for international business development, income generation and awareness-raising of Mencast suite of MRO solutions
  • Generate leads through market and client research and ensure market and business surveillance and information are regularly updated
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within specific markets
  • Identify and cultivate a set of deep clients’ relationships to drive business revenue and support the achievement of revenue targets
  • Deliver presentations and proposals, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and negotiating and closing business deals
  • Develop a portfolio of prospects into clients for the full service mix of MRO solutions, and develop clients towards Key Account status
  • Develop multiple contacts with each Client account (influencers, decision-makers and stakeholders).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a multinational company and / or listed company with international business development experience
  • Wide exposure and business networks in the offshore engineering and energy sectors with in-depth understanding of the regional markets and international business developments
  • Good interaction skills with senior management, with ability to articulate and defend recommendations made.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Self-starter. Business maturity. Ability to work independently.
  • Solid team player and strong leadership skill.
