Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service standards to guests at Brotzeit® restaurant establishments and ensure that guests’ needs are met timely.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of guests
  • Provide exceptional service to guests
  • Responds quickly to guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Provide customer service to guests and ensure diners have a pleasant dining experience
  • Conduct table visitations to ensure that guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities
  • Inform guests of any daily specials
  • Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items and making recommendation upon requests
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware
Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
  • Proactive and constant maintenance and cleanliness in line with Brotzeit® guidelines

Job Requirements

  • F&B experience will be an advantage. No experience is welcome. Training will be provided
  • Posseses a service orientated mind
  • Pleasent and cheerful personality with a postive mindset
  • Strong team player
  • Able to work in a fast pace enviroment
  • Able to do shift work
