Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment
  • Performance review, compensation & benefits.
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Responsible in administer employees home leave application and renewal of employment contract
  • Assist to execute and perform work pass (WP, SPass EP applications and renewals) related matters
  • Update and maintain employees records in HR Information System.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filling and scanning.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Maintaining & filing records related to HR and Payroll
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring Annual Leave and Sick Leave are tracked in the system
  • Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
  • Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum a DIPLOMA in the relevant discipline
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) 
  • HR candidate of minimal of 2 years HR experience
  • Well versed in MOM regulations and Employment Act
  • Able to assist in work passes applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

  • 30am to 6.00pm
