Job Description

  • Handling of phone calls, customers enquires
  • Manages appointments via system and perform counter/front desk duties.
  • General admin duties
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager

Job Requirements

  • Good customer service skills & service oriented
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English & Chinese to handle Chinese speaking customers (spoken & written)
  • Full / Part time available
