Job Description

•           Assist Senior Management in compilation of monthly & quarterly report & business review.
•           Assist in Ad Hoc Business Development Project.
•           Manage the company’s ISO policy and procedures, ensure operation’s compliance and to assist to plan, coordinate and follow up on all ISO relate matters, including internal and external audits, training, certification, change of procedures, CPAR, customer survey, approved supplier list etc.
•           Document controller for all formal forms (Finance / HR) in the company.
•           To assist and manage in the area of Enterprise Risk management and Business continuity plans and drills.
•           To follow up on critical Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) management matters, co-secretary for HSE meeting-vet minutes.
•           To maintain and manage the company’s contract administrations, a record of all formal contracts.
•           To keep track of company license, certifications, registration and memberships.
•           To assist in the Company’s Personal Data Protection Plan (PDPA).
•           Involved in corporate work such as coordinating & consolidating Board papers for Board meetings and follow up on Board meeting’s agenda.
•           Involved in monthly management meeting and monthly department business review.
•           To assist in general administration duties.
•           To manage the advertising creative of the company with publishing house and directories.
•           To manage and maintain the company’s corporate identity standards and guideline.
•           Key-keeper for all pedestal and cabinet key.
•           Maintain the water dispenser servicing record.
•           Update of general info on the company website.

Job Requirements

•           Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration or related fields
•           Minimum 2 years relevant experience in management reporting and ISO management
•           Proficient in Microsoft Office
•           Possess good communication and technical report writing skills
