Job Description

  • Must be able to handle telesales and cold calling
  • Managing and growing existing clients
  • Actively sourcing for new clients
  • Analyze market trends & plan ahead product forecast for the assigned market
  • Support sales team to handle sales enquiries & quotations
  • Process & follow up delivery status of sales orders
  • Ensure all documentations are filled in an orderly manner
  • Prepare reports for the sales team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree of relevant
  • 2-3 years of sales or Account Manager experience or relevant
  • Knowledge in office supplies or office automation preferred
  • Knowledge in Trading  / Wholesale functions will be an advantage
  • Must be resourceful & sales oriented
  • Have a good command of English & Mandarin (to liase with both English & Mandarin speaking clients), Ability to speak foreign language will be a plus (E.g. Vietnamese) - to liaise with Vietnamese speaking associates
  • A team player with excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, self motivated, aggressive and independent
